Enrique G Molina, MD
Dr. Molina's main clinical interest is taking care of patients with liver disease, such as viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, autoimmune liver disease, etc. He also provides care for a variety of gastrointestinal disorders, including inflammatory bowel diseases, pancreatic disorders, functional bowel disease, peptic ulcers, etc. He is skilled in endoscopic procedures including endoscopy, colonoscopy, small bowel video capsule endoscopy and ERCP.
A native of Venezuela, Dr. Molina attended medical school in Maracaibo, Venezuela graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors. He moved to South Florida in 2005, where he completed his internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center (Miami Beach, FL), then a Hepatology fellowship for 1 year, followed by a Gastroenterology fellowship, both at the University of Miami. He was elected Chief Gastroenterology fellow during his final training year.
Dr. Molina is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
